Northwest African (NWA) Meteorites
Perhaps the most affordable and common meteorite available. These are most often unclassified meteorites that have not been tested to determine the classification.
NWA meteorites are found in Northwest Africa by "nomads" who hunt the deserts for them.
Many Lunar and Martian samples have come from the area as well as other rare types.
Unclassified NWA meteorites can be purchased for very reasonable prices, with many nice samples selling for less then the cost of a value meal from your favorite fast food chain.
These are great collection starters as well as gifts and neat items for show and tell.
